Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to BangoBongoBingo, operated by Totalløsning AS, organisation number 931 068 598, Blåklokkeveien 39, 1781 Halden, Norway.

The service

BangoBongoBingo provides browser-based tools for creating, managing and presenting bingo, trivia and other live games. Some features may be beta, experimental or dependent on third-party approval.

Accounts

Account holders must be at least 18 years old. Accounts may be associated with organisations/workspaces and may support multiple authorised users.

Private beta

Beta access is currently free and invitation-only. Requests are reviewed manually and do not create an account automatically.

Payments

Future paid plans may include subscriptions or per-event software licences. Fees will be for BangoBongoBingo's own event-hosting and game-management functionality, not for access to YouTube audiovisual content.

YouTube-powered functionality

Selected features may use YouTube API Services and the official YouTube embedded player. Use of these features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. BangoBongoBingo does not grant rights to YouTube content and does not download or redistribute YouTube audiovisual content.

Public playback

Public availability of media does not by itself establish permission for public or commercial use. Users are responsible for licences and permissions applicable to their events. YouTube-powered venue functionality remains restricted during the private beta while platform requirements are being reviewed.

Acceptable use

Users must not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, circumvent technical restrictions or advertising, interfere with security, or cause Totalløsning AS to breach third-party platform terms.

Third-party services

Features may depend on third-party services. Their availability, terms and technical requirements may change.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law, subject to mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
