Accounts and information
We plan to process account information such as name, email address, internal user ID, authentication provider, organisation/workspace membership, account settings, subscription status and saved games or configurations. Audience members do not normally need accounts.
Authentication
BangoBongoBingo is designed to support email, Google and Apple sign-in. Google sign-in is separate from YouTube and does not give BangoBongoBingo access to a user's YouTube account.
Payments
Payments and subscriptions are planned to be processed by Stripe. BangoBongoBingo will not store full payment-card details.
YouTube API Services
Selected music and video features may use YouTube API Services and the official YouTube embedded player. BangoBongoBingo does not require users to connect their YouTube accounts and does not download or store YouTube audiovisual content.
Use of YouTube-powered functionality is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Please see the Google Privacy Policy.
Cookies and analytics
Version 1 is planned without advertising cookies, Meta Pixel, Google Analytics or similar marketing tracking. Necessary cookies or browser storage may be used for authentication, security, payment and operation.
Service providers
Planned providers include Supabase for authentication/database services, Vercel for application hosting, Brevo for transactional email, Stripe for payments, Google and Apple for optional authentication, and Google/YouTube for YouTube-powered functionality.
Retention
Account data and saved content are generally retained while the account is active. Account deletion is planned to remove personal information from active systems within 30 days, except where retention is legally required. Technical logs are planned for no longer than 90 days in normal circumstances.
Your rights
Applicable privacy rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Requests can be sent to hello@bangobongobingo.com.
